BIOGRAPHY

Let us share the victory:

I started triathlon at the age of 18 when I discovered I had abilities to perform in this sport.
I studied at the Sport Science University of Poitiers and graduated with Masters in Sports rehabilitation and sports performance. At the same time I trained at the CREF Triathlon Poitou-Charentes, a high-level sport center.
I trained with an icon of our sport, M. Stephan Bignet (he did his first Olympics in Sydney in 2000). He helped me to develop my knowledge, motivation, skills and readiness for the personal effort. This period was important to try to reach the double excellence (mind and body).
My training is specific to perform on IRONMAN. I train in each discipline three times a day- swim, bike and run.
I'm grateful to have supportive people around me. With my sponsors, my swim coach, my partner Jana I have all I need to excel.
In terms of performance, I have stood many times on the podium in triathlon races. I also hold one of the best times for a French athlete at an Ironman event with the time of 8hr 20min. However I know the road is still long to achieve my ultimate aim, which is the victory at the World championship in Hawaii.
I’m not doing the maximum or my best, I’m doing the necessary.
